In 2014, Sonya Wells opened the doors to The Firm with a clear vision: to create a boutique-style agency where every property's story is thoughtfully told. With over 30 years of experience serving the 417 community, she built The Firm on a foundation of ethics, trust, and hard work—values that continue to define its success today.

In 2015, her daughter Taylor joined The Firm, learning the intricacies of real estate and business under Sonya’s guidance. By 2022, Taylor had earned her Broker’s license and now proudly serves as a Broker-Associate, continuing the legacy of excellence The Firm is known for.
